JNU PhD Admission 2022-23 for JRF and Gate Qualified

JNU PhD Admission 2022-23:- Jawaharlal Nehru University is a top Central University of India, has released e- prospectus for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Diploma of Proficiency.

Candidates want to Admission in PhD programme have to appear computer based test (CBT).

GATE qualified candidates for the admission in the school of Engineering shall be exempted from Computer Based Test (CBT). They are required to apply separately under GATE category. Such candidates shall be shortlisted and called directly for viva-voce.

JRF qualified candidates shall be exempted from Computer Based Test (CBT). They are required to apply separately under JRF category. Such candidates shall be shortlisted and called directly for viva-voce.

The application portal for JRF qualified and GATE qualified category candidates is open now.

The application portal for Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE)  2022-23 will open very soon, as the notification from JNU.

Only those candidates shall be considered for admission to the Ph.D. Programme who have – Master’s Degree in the field of human rights or allied subjects such as Law, History, Sociology, International Relations, Political Science with 55% marks or equivalent Grade ‘B’ in
UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent Grade in a point scale wherever Grading system is followed).

OR

Obtained two years M.Phil. or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks of a recognized University/Institution in the field of human rights or allied areas (with dissertation/seminar/viva) or one year M.Phil. degree with 55% marks in the field of human rights or allied areas with
additional one year research experience of a recognized University/Institution and one publication in the field of human rights or allied areas and 55% marks or equivalent in Master’s
Degree.
